there was a friggin' typhoon and yet i managed to go to the mall with my baby sis and
cokie, an old highschool friend. we ate first at mcdonald's which totally left me unsatisfied!!! the fries were friggin' cold and
"makunat", so my sis and i settled for some bars of chocolate. we had it as munchies while we watched the
new pirates of the caribbean sequel (which was a totally wrong idea, because
later did i know that eating chocolate at a dark movie house was a total risk to take especially when you were wearing white shorts..haha.. i looked like i crapped my pants and left stain marks from the outside.. haha.. eeew!!!).
i give the movie 4 thumbs-up (i've included my toes haha!!!).
johnny depp was totally H-O-T-T.. hot, hot, hot, even if he wore heavy mascara and had black stuff on his teeth.. which kind of resembled a "taong grasa". still, he was a totally hot
"taong grasa"! i loved the turn out of the romance between orlando and keira.. haha keira you were a pretty lucky witch for getting to kiss johnny depp haha... i hope they totally end up together in the sequel of this sequel (?). i found the dutchmen
"ick-ingly" creepy.
kudos to the CG artists of this film.
astig talaga! even if we had to watch a part of the movie again in order to understand how the story went.. haha i was slow, i guess. go go watch it. piracy totally rocks!!! hehe

"ma'am, sorry po..."those were the words the lady at the counter muttered when she confiscated my 200-peso bill.
i felt so humiliated and defeated when she told me that my money was a fake. i didn't doubt her sincerity, but those weren't enough to give comfort for what had happened that time. at least she was human enough to be nice to me... compared to the woman who was after me.
she totally gave me a sour look like i was the philippines' most wanted criminal. you woman!!! i was the victim!! i never plotted to do such a cruel act!! i was a mere victim of some other person's devious and shameful wrongdoing!!! maawa kayo sa kin.. wag niyo ko pagbintangan!!! i was so nerve-racked and paranoid at that moment. so many things were running through my mind...
am i gonna be put to jail? will i be dragged into the mall's management and be probed about possessing such a thing? will they accuse me of being part of some money-fakin' gang? will i be questioned as the mastermind, and will they look for my gangmates? CRAP!!! FUCK IT!! i'm friggin' innocent!!! BIKTIMA AKO DITO DI AKO KRIMINAL!!! ***message to one of the crew at SM BICUTAN who questioned me like he was some sort of interrogator*** EXCUSE ME MISTER!!! screw you!!! how dare you look at me like i was the one spreading the fake money? you're not the chief of police to accuse me!!! i know people from the bureau who can put you to your rightful place!! oh my gosh, i think i'm about to hyperventilate!!!
***good thing when i got home i found some peace while munching on my beloved heaven-sent bar of dark chocolate. my cousin,
mai, brought some comic relief when she told me about her
zanjoe marudo convo.. it was an actual phone call by the way.. she ain't fakin'!!

later that afternoon, we danced, leaped and ran like maniacs at the heavy rain. it was a spur-of-moment thing. we relived our childhood laughing and totally enjoyed ourselves even if others were strangely looking at us like we were some mental patients or some autistic kids. i felt so relieved and relaxed. every stress i felt today were washed away. it felt serene. for a moment i had inner peace. i felt revived, reenergized. i believe God never allowed me to end this day with a grudgy feeling, He totally renewed me. i thank Him for this blessed shower. it's like a blessing amidst whatever that happened.
***wacky addition: my cousin and i brought our "reliving our childhood" moment to the extreme. we
took a bath together like when we were 4 years old.
i know, i know.. it's the fulfillment of every perverted guy's fantasies. hahaha i'm in a damn crazy mood today.. thanks mai..

domenica, luglio 09, 2006OH CRAP!!! I THINK I JUST HAD A HEART ATTACK!!!
i haven't felt this excited since i dunno.. i was at the edge of my seat, held tightly onto my poor pillow, and pounded it like crazy. i felt so nerve-racked that i yelled and groaned and moaned on every stroke my rooted player did. i was bitten by the "wimbledon bug".. crap!!! i was never an enthusiast and never was a fanatic for tennis. i was caught up with this fever since last month's roland garros tournament and i haven't stopped watching since. i was like a maniac waiting for every singles' match there was and developed loyalties to players i least expected.
like amelie mauresmo who i thought looked like a total dyke (which was what i mentioned in my previous post), 
i couldn't believe i would be rooting for her and be yelling my heart out--oh! i'd say i was grunting because my baby sis was sleeping at those wee hours. i wouldn't want to be scolded for disturbing her precious sleep. at our house, she's the law!!! (haha..) i was ecstatic when she won the ladies' finals!!!
i also slept late last night watching the men's finals. i was totally raving like mad at roger federer's fourth victory!! too bad, i wasn't able to share my utmost joy with my baby sis who was sleeping so peacefully. i've got to quote my cousin, lai, on nadal and federer's "awww" moment.. "by far one of the best parts of the finals was when roger and rafa walked around the court in opposite directions posing for the audience and when they crossed paths, they gave each other 'low-fives'."
it's hard for me to admit that i have developed a love for marcos baghdatis. even if i was totally apalled by his sort-of-goon-like looks, i was won over by his charismatic and comedic antics while playing.. >sigh< 
it's love!!! true love!!! L-O-V-E!!!

i blame lai... i believe i have the "tennis freak syndrome" because of her!!! i can't believe i watch wimbledon till 3 o'clock in the morning.. and wake-up early to watch reruns at 6 or 8am.. OH CRAP!!! i believe i've turned into a friggin' tennis groupie.. and this fanaticism is up to the level of my deep and loving devotion to judy garland (who is still so fab even in the afterlife.. elk!! creepy..)
i totally love amelie mauresmo (1st photo)even if she looks like a total dyke..
i heart andy murray (2nd photo)for defeating andy roddick hahaha!!!! (4th seed my ass!!!) everyone thought roddick will win.. too bad you predictors were disappointed haha!!!

for making it even if they were at the doubles... MABUHAY ANG PILIPINAS!!!!(proud like a mom haha...)
