#1 My Date with Drew
My sister
lyna, my cousin mai and i watched a docu
film last tuesday.. It was a about an average guy going after a far fetched
dream of having a date with drew.. no not drew lachey.. but drew---DREW
BARRYMORE.. It was so far fetched because they have more than "6 degrees of
separation" (meaning that there are six or more people that the guy knew that
knew Drew personally).. The guy was basically relying on contacts of a friend,
of a friend, of a friend, of a friend. When i saw the earlier shots.. I thought
it was just another B-movie that the American viewers gobbled up and to think it
was shown in Star Movies (the home of the films you never knew existed.. e.g.
Odd Girl Out, Soul Plane and many more). It was hilarious and heartwarming
all at the same time. The whole plot was basically about a guy named Brian who
has been of Drew Barrymore since her E.T. days. He had a goal of being able to
land a date with Drew within 30 days with a budget of 1,100 bucks.. and with a zilch
of contact with her. You'll see him beg, fake his way in the Charlie's Angels
Full Throttle premiere, lose weight, get rejected and then again get rejected... It
both entertaining and exciting. And to think I was only watching this as I
was waiting for another show on another channel... (hehe I totally forgot that
show.. because of this very affecting film..). While your at it, check out

Hehe this one's totally a advertisement..harhar. I made my older sister, ate
miday, a new skin for her blog.. It still has the same colors..but I tweaked

NEWSFLASH!!!!
My parentals got their Visas just this afternoon. They'll be leaving for UK this
end of June. Ack! Lyna and I will be home alone!!! Oh, Shucks! Wimbledon's already near..
and I think they'll be able to watch it.. (for those of you guys who know where
the heck is wimbledon in UK's map tell me please.. so i know if my parentals are
near there..) Argh!! I envy them...
